Scattered across the Borders there are many organisations that work in different ways to ensure the sustainability of our equestrian industry. There are also many national organisations with a vibrant, active presence in the Borders. Here we give these very useful organisations a voice.

The Southern Uplands Partnership was started by local people keen to keep the communities and countryside of the south of Scotland alive and healthy. Individuals and groups who share this aim are invited to become members.

The Borders Training Group |
|
The Borders Training Group is a non profit making organisation, run by committee. It organises and runs a range of land-based training courses including First Aid, use of Chainsaw, Strimmer, Fork Lift Truck and ATVs plus Welding. Most of the courses are registered with LANTRA - the Sectors' Skill Council for a number of landbased industries.
